CLIENT

TESTIMONIALS

The City Government of Bacolod in Negros Occidental, Philippines was privileged to have its frontliners in its various departments, offices and divisions undergo training on “Civility in the Workplace” and “Business Etiquette with Balma Dulamal-Nandwani.
The responses from the frontliners were amazing. Ms. Nandwani has effectively motivated them to speak about their work environment and how to improve in various aspects where they fell short of the standards required of them in the public service. They suggested that Ms. Nandwani conduct the same training for their superiors in government as well.
To them the training was a powerful learning experience.
Atty. Sonya M. Verdeflor

Elected City Councilor, Bacolod City, Philippines

I can say with utmost confidence that what Ms. Balma Nandwani has done for my team transcends mere training. I would credit her for contributing significantly to the change in behaviour among my people which has helped in our transformation to be known in the marketplace as having vibrant, self-confident and wholesomely proactive young professionals when dealing with both clients and candidates. All these have helped boost our brand image that we are a deeply caring organization towards the people we serve and those we interact with. Much of the lasting impact Ms Balma creates upon her “trainees” in the course of her facilitation is her being seen as sincere about helping every individual, being concerned wih attaining the results desired and the knowledge on my part that she thoroughly understands the sensitivity in our business. I and my team are a gratified and grateful client.

OUR ADVOCACIES

BULLYING IN THE WORKPLACE

Bullying is called the silent epidemic. Although half of workers have experienced or witnessed bullying,  policies and laws dealing with it are far less prevalent.

This training shapes and forms a healthy work culture of respect. Skillfully handled, it is sensitive to participants in the room who may be: victims of workplace bullying, workplace bullies, or those who are passive witnesses. This training encourages a healthy discussion that causes people to realign workplace attitudes and communication.

In six words: It influences a respectful work culture.

Understandably, for Human Resource, workplace bullying is a highly sensitive issue. This training recognizes this sensitivity. Participants will relax and enjoy the training, and walk out from it with a healthy attitudinal change. The value of this training is in its positive influence.

To help Human Resource establish yet another good reason for this training, we are offering this advocacy-training at a rate too good to pass up. Our one-time only advocacy rate gives you this training at a 50% discount on your first run.  Our one-time 50% off advocacy rate is for a maximum of 15 participants. No further discounts apply.

Requests for succeeding runs, following the above process, will be issued a 25% Discount.

CIVILITY IN THE WORKPLACE

A training program on workplace manners and courtesy may seem like overkill. Yet, the reality is, rudeness is an epidemic costing industry millions a year. What society seems to be gaining in terms of both knowledge and technological advancement, it’s losing out on basic social values that directly impact the bottom line.

Bosses freely intrude on subordinates’ personal space, gossiping co-workers are norm, and quality customer care has been forgotten. The result: an environment not conducive to getting work done, dissatisfied clients aiming for the competition, and in some cases, blatant tolerance for abuse and harassment.

To address the growing problem of incivility in the work setting, this workshop introduces the concept of civility, its importance to a company, as well as its typical causes and effects.

Skills needed to effectively practice civil behavior, as well as different ways organizations can systematize civility in the workplace will also be discussed.

Requests for succeeding runs, following the above process, will be issued a 25% Discount.
